We are contracted providers in the PPO health plans listed below. If your PPO is not listed, we are NOT contracted.
Therefore, your payment portion will be more than if you go to a contracted provider.
We are contracted with Monarch HMO only. We are NOT contracted with any other HMO's.
With the exception of Monarch HMO, we can only take care of you as a CASH ACCOUNT at the time of service.
Our cash prices are very competitive compared to ER charges. If you have a POS plan (point of service),
make sure that your benefits will cover a visit to our urgent care. Otherwise, you may be responsible for a
large portion or even the entire bill. We would be happy to help if you have questions about your plan
insurance coverage.
